• The Firm Attorney

trial attorney, Locke Milholland, with slightly fewer grey hairs than you'll find today.

    J. Locke Milholland, IV

    • Locke Milholland graduated Campbell University School of Law and became licensed to practice law in North Carolina in 2006. He started his own law firm after law school and has enjoyed the freedom and responsibility of running his own practice ever since. Locke is permitted to practice in all North Carolina State Courts and has been admitted to practice before the federal district courts in the eastern and western Districts.   Locke has represented clients in numerous trials, both before a judge and before juries. He has tried cases at all State Court levels and litigated multiple federal cases. He has also represented multiple clients at the appellate level.

    • While in law school, Locke obtained a masters in business administration  through Campbell's joint JD/MBA program. He found the program interesting and rewarding.  Locke graduated from North Carolina State University in 1999 with a bachelors of Science degree from the College of Forestry, focusing on Natural Resources Policy and Administration. His appreciation and concern for the environment helped steer him to wanting to attend law school. When there, he grew to like  a broad range of legal fields and realized his calling to help people in addition to environmental aspects.
